PRivate Pilates Sessions
Start your journey to deep relaxation with Yin & Restore. We'll begin with long-held, floor-based stretches that allow you to sink into each pose, gently easing tension in your muscles and joints. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to your regular practice, focusing on the connective tissues to enhance overall flexibility and well-being.
In the second half of the class, we’ll use supportive props to help you settle into comfortable positions that promote healing and relaxation. This Restorative Yoga segment is ideal for releasing built-up stress and tension, making it especially beneficial for managing chronic pain and counteracting the effects of daily stress. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this class is for everyone—no prior experience needed.
Private and Semi-Private sessions are for those who want a workout tailored specifically to their body and needs. These sessions are great if you are recovering from an injury (you must be released from your doctor), are postpartum, have specific areas of the body you'd like to work, or just want a private class!
