In our Reformer Pilates class, we will build and challenge our strength, stability, balance, coordination and endurance! Our Reformer classes are an athletic based class where you can expect an effective and challenging workout while also focusing on form, breathing, and alignment.
An athletic, all-levels class that focuses on breath, control, and deep core connection. Using props like magic circles, balls, bands and light weights, this Mat Pilates class challenges strength, stability, and mobility with intentional, bodyweight-driven movement. Intentional movement designed to leave you feeling strong from the inside out.
Where Pilates precision meets functional strength. This all-levels circuit-style class combines intentional Pilates-based movement with strength training for a full-body workout that builds power, stability, and endurance. Using props like the Bala Power Ring, BOSU balls, and medium to heavy weights, you'll move through stations that challenge every muscle group—leaving you sweaty, strong, and energized.
This 50-minute class combines Pilates, Barre, and light Strength Training for a full-body, energizing workout. Start with a light warm-up of Barre and Mat Pilates, then move into dynamic sequences featuring pulses, full-range movements, and core-focused exercises. Using props like ankle weights, a ball, ring, and 3-5 lb weights, this class will tone, strengthen, and sculpt. Fun, sweaty, and perfect for all levels!
A circuit-style strength training class focused on functional movement and heavy lifting. Build muscle, boost confidence, and move with purpose using proper form and progressive resistance. This class is all about getting stronger—in and out of the studio.
This gentle, all-levels class blends breath and movement to create space, release tension, and restore balance. Move through a mindful yoga flow followed by deep, intentional stretching to leave you feeling grounded, open, and refreshed—body and mind.
An intentional, breath-driven flow designed to build balance, strength, and stability. This all-levels class emphasizes understanding and proper alignment in each pose, helping you move safely and confidently through your practice. Expect to feel grounded, challenged, and empowered—on and off the mat.
This VinYin practice will contain the elements of both Yin and Restorative yoga. You will begin with long held, floor based stretches that allow you to sink into each pose, gently easing tension from your muscles and joints. Then, in the second half of the class, you will focus on longer held positions using supportive props. The Restorative Yoga segment is ideal for releasing built-up stress and tension, making it especially beneficial for managing chronic pain and counteracting the effects of daily stress.
An energizing, strength-focused flow that builds endurance. This class moves at a faster pace and includes opportunities for inversions—with modifications always offered—challenging both body and mind. Each session ends with a grounding Savasana, leaving you balanced, empowered, and refreshed.

A: All of our classes are all levels friendly! We offer modifications and advancements so that you can choose which option is right for you and your body on that day! We ask that all new clients arrive 5 minutes early to get acquainted with the equipment before class begins.
We are thrilled to have you join us! The best way to get started is with our 2 Week Teaser Pass. This pass gives you 2 Reformer Pilates classes, 1 Infrared Sauna session, and Mat classes (1 per day) for 2 weeks.
We understand that things come up and life happens. Thank you for respecting our cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made online at least 6 hours prior to your class starting to avoid forfeiting your class or incurring a late cancel fee. Please note that cancellations received via phone, email or text are not valid.
Early Cancellations: Cancellations made before 6 hours of the class time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for a full credit.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class time are considered late cancellations and will result in loss of class credit for reformer classes and a $5 late cancel fee for mat classes.
No Show: If you do not cancel your class and do not show up you will incur a $15 No Show fee for Reformer classes and a $10 No Show Fee for Mat classes.
For safety reasons no one will be permitted into class more than 5 minutes after the class has started. Please try to arrive 5 minutes before class begins for a seamless check in process.
To cancel your membership, please email hello@thestudiocape.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. If the email is received less than 7 days before your billing date, the membership will renew for 1 additional month before being cancelled. No refunds.
Memberships can be paused in 30 day increments up to 60 days by emailing hello@thestudiocape.com at least 7 days prior to the pause date. No refunds.
To change your membership, please email hello@thestudiocape.com at least 7 days prior to your billing date. Please note that upgrading your membership without emailing will result in having two memberships as your previous one will NOT automatically cancel.
All you need is water, grip socks if you want or need them and yourself! Grip socks are for sale in the studio if you need them or you’re welcome to bring your own.
No, grip socks are not required, but are encouraged if you tend to sweat.
We would love for you to be able to unplug during your class, so for this reason and safety of yourself and others, we ask that all phones be left in the cubbies during class. We understand that you may come in and be on call and need to keep your phone with you. In this case, please let your instructor know and please keep your phone on the floor and not on the equipment. If you must take a call, please step outside of the studio.
We do not have childcare services and for safety reasons cannot have children sitting in the waiting room unattended
Yes! Provided that you have been cleared by your doctor to do physical activity, we would love to have you. Please arrive a few minutes early to class to talk with your instructor and receive any modifications that you may need.
We do not offer a free first class, however we do have our 2 Week Teaser Pass for all new clients.
